03 Review and start

The scan sends 100 single-turn test messages, plus one message for each connection test (101 requests for one check and one scan). BackBond charges no fee; your model or infrastructure provider may charge for these requests.

Free starter scans provide a limited, point-in-time assessment for informational purposes. Results may contain errors or omit issues and are not a guarantee of safety, security, accuracy, compliance or future performance. They do not constitute insurance coverage, a certification or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing findings and deciding how to use them.

What happens to your data?

The service stores your report email, agent name, endpoint host, test messages, replies, and report results. Report links stop being viewable after 180 days. Scan records are deleted after 180 days, or sooner on request to info@backbond.ai. Contact info@backbond.ai for privacy or deletion requests. Authentication details are sent to the scanner and excluded from the intake database; the complete credential lifecycle is under review.

Unless you opt out, BackBond keeps a copy of the scan's test messages, your agent's responses and the results, without your email address, credentials, endpoint or agent name, and uses it to improve its tests and scoring. To opt out, uncheck the product-improvement box before starting the scan, or email info@backbond.ai later and BackBond will delete the copy.
